This privacy policy describes how personal data of users visiting digitalh.dev is processed, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national law.

1. Data Controller

digitalH S.r.l. is registered in the special section of the Business Register dedicated to innovative startups — Camera di Commercio di Milano.

2. Types of Data Collected

Browsing data. The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the website collect, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (IP addresses, URIs/URLs requested, request time, browser user-agent).

Data voluntarily provided by the user. When the user fills in the contact forms we collect: name, email, company/website, message content.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Respond to requests sent through the contact forms
  • Provide the requested services (consulting, development, partnership)
  • Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations
  • Improve the website and services through aggregated statistics (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics)
  • Protect the Data Controller's rights in legal proceedings

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data is based on:

  • Consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for marketing purposes and non-technical cookies
  • Performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) to provide the requested services
  • Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR) for tax and accounting compliance
  • Legitimate interest of the Data Controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for security, service improvement and aggregated statistics

5. Methods of Processing

Personal data is processed using automated and manual tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are adopted to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data.

6. Retention Period

  • Contact data from forms: retained until the request is handled and for a maximum of 24 months
  • Contractual and tax data: 10 years from the issuance date of the document, as required by law
  • Browsing data (logs): 12 months, except in case of investigation of computer crimes
  • Analytics cookies: for the duration specified in the Cookie Policy

7. Data Disclosure and Transfer

Data may be disclosed to third parties appointed as data processors (e.g. hosting, cloud, email, analytics providers). The main providers are:

  • Vercel Inc. (hosting + analytics) — servers in the EU
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics) — extra-EU transfer with Standard Contractual Clauses

Any extra-EU transfers are carried out in compliance with articles 44-49 GDPR, through adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

At any time the user may exercise the rights provided by articles 15-22 of the GDPR:

  • Access to their personal data
  • Rectification or erasure of data
  • Restriction of or objection to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdrawal of consent, at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) (www.garanteprivacy.it)
